Using this site

This site describes the aerial photography services of Set Apart Drone Photography and lets you request a quote. You may browse it and send us requests for your own use. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or send requests that are false or abusive.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request through this site is not a booking and does not create a contract. Pricing, availability, scope, and delivery are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Every flight depends on weather, airspace, site conditions, and safety, and may need to be rescheduled for those reasons.

Photographs and content

The photographs, logo, and text on this site belong to Set Apart Drone Photography or are used with permission. You may not copy, download, or reuse them without our written consent. Photographs we deliver to clients are provided under the terms agreed for that project.

Your information

Information you send us is handled as described in our privacy policy: we use it to understand your request and get back to you, and for nothing else.

No warranties

This site is provided as is. We work to keep its content accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing here limits rights that the law says can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they were last changed.
