Privacy Policy

This site is simple, and so is this policy. We collect what you choose to send us through the request form, we use it to understand your request and reply to you, and we don't use it for anything else.
What we collect
When you send a request through the Get a Quote page, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, the property's city or area, and your project notes. Phone number, preferred timing, and street address are optional and only collected if you provide them. To keep the form from being abused, the request also carries your IP address and a bot-check result (see "Who helps us process it" below).
We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use the information you send solely to understand your request and to contact you in response. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, add you to marketing lists, or use it for any other commercial purpose.
Who helps us process it
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers record standard technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the service running. The site's typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also requests the font files from Google when a page loads.
When you send a request, a few services help us receive it safely. Each one only sees what it needs for its job:
- Resend delivers your request to our inbox as an email. It handles the message content in order to send it.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. It processes signals from your browser and your IP address to do so, and doesn't see the form fields.
- Upstash stores short-lived counters that limit how often the form can be used. Those counters hold keyed hashes of your IP address and email address, never the content of your request, and expire automatically within 31 days.
Your request does leave your browser: it travels to our server and on to our inbox through the services above. We don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Request emails stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. The abuse-limit counters described above expire on their own. If you'd like your information corrected or deleted, ask us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
Sending a request is voluntary. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the Get a Quote page.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
